For orders of AED 149 or above, we provide FREE shipping across UAE. We offer standard
delivery in the amount of AED 15 for orders under AED 149.

It takes 3 to 4 business days to ship the order to your doorstep.

EXCHANGE

• We only accept an unworn, unwashed returned product with original tags within 15 days of purchase.
• We offer an exchange for the wrong sizes delivered from our end. We also offer an exchange if the customer does not fit their ordered sizes.
• We charge 15 AED as an exchange fee if the customer does not fit their ordered sizes.

RETURN

• The customer needs to inform our customer service team on the given number or email and once the case is approved, our rider will collect the items from your doorstep.
  
• We only accept any unworn or unwashed product with original tags within 15 days of purchase for a return.

REFUND

We make our products with complete care. If you received a damaged/defective/ Incorrect order then, you can always return it and we will issue you a 100% store credit for the purchase price of your order (shipping and discounts aren’t included in this).

Please note that we don’t issue cash refunds for returns. Customers returning items will be issued refunds in the form of store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any form.

We accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and online payments with Visa, MasterCard, Credit Card, and Debit Card.
